Nativity Artwork by Children
As we grow, we begin to see things differently than we did as small children. Perhaps the only way to revisit our once childlike and trusting perspective is through the children around us. Jesus said, “Whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me” (Matthew 18:5).
Perhaps the innocence in the words children speak – and in their drawings here – is what touches us. For example, in 6-year-old Taggart’s picture “Awaiting Christ,” only animals are depicted anticipating the The Shepherd’s arrival. Symbolically, they are two black sheep and another that has been shorn.
Take a moment to ponder and enjoy the birth of Jesus Christ as today’s children imagine it.

Make our Christ-centered Christmas celebration complete by helping us find children’s Nativity drawings from every state in the U.S. We especially need artwork from people who live in states that are brown. Tell your mom and dad and your cousins and friends to visit our website.
If you want us to post your artwork, you will need to scan your picture or to paint your drawing on your computer art program. You will also need the permission of your parents or the adult you live with when you send us your drawing. Your parents can click here to fill out a form and send your picture to us.
